● Philio Home Gateway
MAC address, GPS, IP and Gateway Wi-Fi SSID are collected to ensure the connectivity of the devices and quality of service. Consumer usage data is collected and stored temporarily to ensure the proper functions of the Philio Home Mate Smart Home devices.
● Philio Home Mate Applications (APPs)
Your name and email address will be collected by our applications (APPs) to further determine your identity as a specific user of Philio Home Mate APPs and devices.
The GPS location, address, local network of home and profile will be provided by the user when they purchase Philio Home Mate APPs or Devices for better user experience.
We identify the mobile operating system to provide the precise services: The camera of your phone will be accessed for setting the Devices and your profile photo. The GPS location will be used for Geo Fencing services. The phone directory will be accessed as this function will allow users to invite their family members or other users to join their Philio Home Mate App experience.
● Philio Home Sensing Voice Service
Philio will collect your email address which will be regarded as your member account. The information of your smart device will be collected by voice service to control your devices.
“Non-Personal Information” is derived from your access or by using our websites, devices, products, services, applications (APPs) service each time for storage in server logs.
In order to increase the efficiency of our products and services, we may collect certain non-personal information: details of your IP address which do not identify you personally, yet give us data regarding the type of user accessing our websites, devices, products, services, applications (APPs) including and not limited to GPS location, connectivity and product usage patterns. Philio shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of Your Personal Information, if such loss, damage or misuse is attributable to a Force Majeure event that is beyond our reasonable control and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, acts of God, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, etc.
Rights and Choices Regarding Your Personal Information

Philio has no direct relationship with the Client’s customers, employees, project owners or third party whose Personal Information it may process on behalf of a Client. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, delete inaccurate data or withdraw consent for further contact should direct his or her query to the Client or User they deal with directly. If the Client requests Begin to remove the data, we will respond to its request within thirty (30) days. We will delete, amend or block access to any Personal Information that we are storing only if we receive a written request to do so from the Client who is responsible for such Personal Information, unless we have a legal right to retain such Personal Information. We reserve the right to retain a copy of such data for archiving purposes, or to defend our rights in litigation. Any such request regarding Client Data should be addressed as indicated in the “How to Contact Us” section, and include sufficient information for Begin to identify the Client or its customer or third party and the information to delete or amend.
You may also choose to withdraw your information from our records by contacting us at sales@philio-tech.com or through the Grievance Cell given below. Except where needed to respond to a query from you or fulfill an order, we will delete your personal information on request by you.

You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to amend or change our Privacy Protection Policy. Philio keeps its Privacy Policy under regular review and places any updates on this web page; and for material amendment and change to our Privacy Protection Policy.
